DISCLAMER
Pictures and videos taken at the 41st EBJIS Annual Meeting could be reproduced in EBJIS news or promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media, including social media and the EBJIS website. EBJIS reserves the right to crop, splice, treat and edit any imagery or photographs taken at the EBJIS events. The participant waives the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy. Naturally, participants always have the right for their picture to be removed. Should you wish to have your picture or video removed, please let us know and we will take action accordingly. 
  
LIABILITY / INSURANCE
  
EBJIS cannot be held liable for any personal injuries of for the loss or damage to property incurred by participants or guests to the Annual meeting, including those participating in tours and/or in social events. Participants and guests are encouraged to take out insurance to cover losses incurred in the event of cancellation, medical expenses or damages to or loss of personal effects when traveling outside of their own Country. EBJIS cannot be held liable for any hindrance or disruptions of the Meeting arising from natural, political, social or economic events or other unforeseen incidents beyond its control. Registration of a participant implies acceptance of this condition.
